Time: Its precious for everyone.

 

Having a photography session can be a lot of fun but it never hurts to be prepared. Usually my full sessions will last between 1 and 1 1/2 hours but i always block off 2 hours of time. I recommend that clients make sure everyone who will be involved get a good nights sleep, eat a healthy meal or snack before, if you have little ones bring a small snack or toy to occupy them when they are not being involved in the shots.

 

I ask that anyone not being photographed to not come to the shoot/location. This allows for less disctractions and gives myself and my clients a much better environment to interact and create excellent photography.

 

Payment: I accept payments via cash, personal check, debit/credit card or Paypal. I ask for a $25 reservation fee for all sessions and a $200 deposit for weddings which goes towards your balance. If you desire to do a payment plan for any style of session or wedding we can easily create one of those. Full payment is always due by or at the scheduled session time.

 

Payment for Prints:I contract with several professional print shops to give a large variety of choices for prints, specialty items, cards, gifts etc... The 'shop' and 'cart' are the same as you would find on eBay or Amazon. Completely secure and everything is ordered and paid for right there with no middle man messing up your print order.

 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations can be made and will be allowed to reschedule with no additional fees. I ask for at least a few days notice and a few weeks if you are a wedding. If you chose to not reschedule the $25/$200 deposit is not refundable. If you are a no call no show for your appointment no refund will be issued to you. 

 

Professionalism: I teach communication therefore communication is important to me. I answer emails and voicemails promptly. I am on time and if I am stuck behind a train or traffic you will receive a phone call. 

 

All that said I am also human and I understand that you are to. Things happen, unexpected and unplanned and I am totally willing to work with you, and hopefully you me, if something does occur that is unavoidable and results in us being able to connect at our scheduled time.
